01 — From a Tent in Texas to Our First Home
EMPIRE COOKIES DID NOT BEGIN IN A STOREFRONT.
It began under a tent in Texas with a recipe, a vision, and the belief that something small could become something meaningful.
Long before these walls existed, our days started before sunrise with mixing, baking, packing, loading cars, and traveling from market to market across Houston and beyond. Through the Texas heat, the cold, and the rain, we learned that dreams are not built overnight. They are built through faith, sacrifice, consistency, and the courage to keep going.

What many people saw as a cookie stand was, for us, the beginning ofe Cookies was never only about cookies. It was about creating moments worth sharing, memories worth keeping, and a place where people coule and extraordinary at the same time.
Built on family, friendship, and faith, this journey belongs to everthe beginning and everyone who became part of our story along the way.
